Macau Design Centre will bring Local Design Brands to participate in the “Dynamic Macao Business and Trade Fair” in Shenzhen
From April 14 to April 16, 2017, Macau Design Centre will participate as an exhibitor in the “Dynamic Macao Business and Trade Fair “. We have already selected some products from local design brands at MDC to showcase at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.
About “Dynamic Macao Business and Trade Fair ”
The “Dynamic Macao Business and Trade Fair ” is a large-scale comprehensive touring promotion campaign organized by the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, the Central People’s Government Liaison Office of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute, and its main contents include: special themed exhibitions, product exhibition, trade promotion, industry networking and themed performances.
Since 2009 to date, respectively, in Shanghai, Chongqing, Beijing, Henan Zhengzhou, Jilin Changchun, Jiangsu Nanjing, Fujian Fuzhou, Guangxi Nanning, Anhui Hefei, Inner Mongolia Hohhot, Wuhan, Wuhan, Shandong Jinan, Guizhou Guiyang, Shaanxi Xi’an, Hangzhou, Hangzhou, Sichuan The city of Liaoning, Hunan, Changsha, Shanxi, Taiyuan, Jiangxi Nanchang, Guangdong Jiangmen, Kunming, Kunming and Xiamen, and other 23 cities have hosted the touring exhibition, the activities of the exhibition. The aim of the trade fair is to promote Macao, deepen its relationship with mainland enterprises, promote the public understanding of Macao’s economic trade, tourism and culture, help small and medium enterprises in Macao and assist Macao and mainland enterprises in building a network of cooperation and exchange.
About Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center
Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center is located in the city center. It’s one of the largest single buildings in Shenzhen city, covering 220,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 280,000 square meters, 540 meters long from east to west, 282 meters wide from north to south, up to 60 meters above ground, 6 floors on the ground, 2 floors underground. Its steel structure, glass dome, curtain wall and an exquisitely carved chandelier gives it their reputation as the “Crystal Palace”. Exhibition, conference and service functions have a hierarchical layout, all relatively independent with a close cooperation system. A layer of 9 large exhibition halls are laid out in a “U” shape, while its indoor exhibition area of 105,000 square meters can accommodate 5000 international standard booths for large-scale exhibitions.
