Book Launch Event by Local Photographer Chong Hoi
Along with the digital technology development and improvement, reading digital publications has been a habit; traditional books are facing a huge challenge never seen before, how much living space do books have? How can it be developed in this digital era? Which way and direction should the photos be exhibited? The publishing method is the new topic that book designers and photographers need to study. A sharing session will be held by Macau photographers Chong Hoi and Frank Lei during the book launch event at 3pm on Feb 14, 2016 at Macau Design Center and they will address those questions in the symposium.
About the Photographer:
Chong Hoi graduated in graphic design from Macau Polytechnic Institute in 2002 and since then he has been working in advertising design in Shanghai for a few years. Hoi has designed the image setting for Budweiser, Schick, KFC, to name a few. Now works as the Macau Museum of Art graphic designer. Hoi has a strong interest and unique point of view on photography, literature, electronic music and street art and is responsible for the special column of movie review on a Macau local magazine.
